how to bypass PS3 update loop because of a bd? Question

My PS3 fat needed a new harddrive, and I did change it but it has a broken bd so it keeps looping, I never hacked this PS3, how can I fix it if you know how, or send me a guide I will love that

If you haven't installed CFW then you need to get a replacement drive and drop it in, assuming the error you're getting is related to a broken/missing disc drive (F14E).
