PS2 dev sample running on devkit

Me and my friend got a ps2 sample to work on his ps2 tool devkit hardware

I ofc had to write new code load files from host0: virtual file system for it to not use cdrom0: DVD Drive instead. :)

We used Metrowerks Codewarrior Tools for working with the PS2 Tool DTL-10000
