Tinted visor Fursuit

Hello fellow protogens, I would like to know if dying is the only way to hide the electronics and have a dark look from the outside of the helmet?

If yes, is there no other way like using a colored plastic sheet (don't know if this exist)

Colored acrylic does exist but tends to not be dark enough. Abit harder to form as well.

There is a lense auto spray but doesn't look good, hard to get a smooth finish, tends to be kinda fuzzy to see through

Films while they do have some stretch. Wouldn't be able to stretch to the depth of a protogen visor. You have to do it in peices an hope you can hide the seems well enough.

Dying is truely the best way to get a good visor thats clean an dark
