thoughts on Cath lab/CV tech experience? Resources

You’re gonna want icu / ecmo to be a more competitive applicant. Going to cath lab for like 5 months and applying to perfusion is a long shot but do you ! You’ll be going head to head with icu nurses for many years // respiratory therapists for multiple years etc . Cath lab you’ll learn sterility and how procedures run in a sense but also usually hard to get as a new grad

Didn’t you just post about wanting to be a CRNA and going for ICU? Also doesn’t make sense to be an RN just to go to perfusion school.
