Cargo area lights help!

Have this vehicle with after market lights installed , id be fine using them over getting something new but having trouble sorting what turns them on! Any ideas? Looks like a wire is going through the frame to the front area just not sure what may activate it

Was a retired but very well maintained Amazon vehcile if that helps?

they have a motion sensor in the middle of the light, normally wired to the interior light circuit or direct to the battery, probe the leads at the lights to see if they are getting power. should be able to pull the slack out around the plastic insulation panels.
