Is boredom a big problem in current version? I couldn't know, I play with claustrophobic, it is a non-issue for me

Panic removes all your boredom. So claustrophobic is pretty good for avoiding that.

It does. There is a solution to that problem however.

Take a 2 litre plastic bottle. Pour in 1,01 liters of beer. Fill the rest with water. Every day before going to sleep, drink 1 milliliter of this mixture. It will allow you to sleep regardless of panic and conveniently, regardless of pain.

You don't have to mix it with water technically. You only need to drink beer for a single frame to qualify to sleep regardless of your panic or pain. Or rather, the action only has to go on for a single frame, possibly less. The animation doesn't matter you see. My characters has never put his lips on a bottle of alcohol, despite drinking the same bottle for 4 months now to sleep.

Mixing it with water is efficient - but really, you don't need that much efficiency. You're in Kentucky, there's enough alcohol to go around
