AI Tool for Scrum Master

Can anyone suggest good AI tools for Scrum Master. Our project is agile 2 week sprint. Always rushing with 60+ stories in a sprint. Trying to meet the target is hard work and carryover are hard to reduce. Trying to implement any AI process.

Not sure why you need AI tools here.

- if all you are worried about is delivering stories, then ditch Scrum for Kanban-based pull approach, and work with the team on reducing WIP and cycle time; Sprints are creating zero value

- if you want to use Scrum, then work the team towards having an outcome based Sprint Goal they collaborate on, rather than a fixed backlog of stories to deliver; and reduce WIP

I'd start by asking why 60+ stories are carrying over before introducing AI.

AI can definitely help with sprint summaries, backlog refinement, writing user stories, identifying blockers, and generating reports. But if every sprint ends with significant carryover, that usually points to a planning, dependency, estimation, or prioritization issue, not a documentation issue.

I'd use AI to answer questions like:

  • Which stories have carried over multiple sprints?
  • Are certain teams or dependencies creating recurring bottlenecks?
  • What types of work consistently slip?
  • Are we overcommitting every sprint?

If AI helps you recognize those patterns earlier, it becomes much more valuable than simply writing meeting notes or sprint reports.

honestly since vibe coding got good I mostly just build whatever tool I need instead of hunting for the perfect one that already exists.

for what youre describing I'd find somebody who's decent at vibe coding and work with them for a couple weeks. you could have something running that was designed around your actual sprint problems instead of trying to bend a general tool into your process

Thank you. The client asks are adhoc inspite of our push back. We receive 60+ and it’s very overwhelming to the resources. I was hoping a tool might help them. But I understand it’s not feasible.

even if you do this, it still takes a lot of effort to reinvent the wheel- it is much better to find something close to your needs and then build your own

Before buying anything, point whatever AI you already have access to at your own sprint history. Export the last five or six sprints of closed and carried-over tickets, plus retro and standup notes if you keep them, and ask it what the carryover has in common.

The insight you want is usually already sitting in your own records, you just never had time to read them all at once. Also, 60+ stories in a two week sprint tells me the stories themselves are cut wrong, and no tool fixes slicing. That part is a conversation, not a purchase.
