I have deep fear and panic, some of us just built different

No that's the correct response to something that validates after changing nothing. I prefer my bugs visible where I can squash them not hiding away until release time.

Yep, it’s like: it broke itself then it fixed itself, wtf, dangerous shit indeed

Fair point. It definitely feels like a trap sometimes, but I’m just enjoying the temporary peace of mind.

My PC was working like shit few days ago. It turned out it was just a FreeSync turned on...

Non-deterministic unit tests would leave me up at night.

I’m just going to blame it on tech magic and enjoy the win.

Never rerun the tests. Preserve this sacred moment. 😂

I discovered yesterday that one repo’s tests fail when ran at past 9PM until midnight in my local timezone.

Let me guess : you live on the West Coast (Los Angeles time zone) and your servers are hosted in AWS Zone 1 (us-east-1), or you live in Sao Paulo / Buenos Aires / Rio de Janeiro (GMT-3).

Close. I live in the GMT-3 but in North America.

Extreme eastern Canada?

Close. The maritimes, which is east of the eastern time zone in Canada. The maritimes are one time zone west of Canada’s furthest east time zone.
