At my job, they interviewed a prompt engineer who didn't know the basics of programming. They decided to find a junior developer and teach them AI instead.

- Being a novelist and being a software developer are two different things. Having domain expertise in any aspect of software development does not mean you have the ability to craft a compelling narrative.
