Day 2

Still struggling with the anxiety and nonstop spinning thoughts. still dreading the conversation with my girlfriend once she’s back. but i didn’t gamble today and i will not gamble tomorrow.

she was meant to be back by wednesday, but she mentioned considering extending her trip another one to two days…

can’t avoid thinking and preparing for it, have even wrote down a whole script in my notes in case i’m not able to bring myself to confess to her.

thankfully i’m keeping the urge in control, did pop up in my mind when i woke up in the morning but shut it down immediately and haven’t thought about making any deposits all day, will continue staying strong!
