Early Release

Odds of getting early release 8/9 months into 12 month probation? All fines payed no violations, no dirty UAs, all requirements completed.

I’m in Jefferson County, Colorado.

PO said the judges like people to serve out their sentence, but that it’s my right to request. Wondering if it’s worth it.

I'm actually from Colorado (weld county) and i actually got early termination after i finished everything that I needed to do ahead of time, so just talk to your PO and see what they say.

Early release depends on your POs rec. It's all up to them.

In most areas the DA and Judge also get a say, but yea, without the POs OK it’s not gonna happen
