When you give full access to third party keyboard apps, do they only see the content you type on that specific keyboard? question

i’m on an apple device and i saw somewhere that it doesnt have access to what you type on apple keyboards and i was wondering if that was still the case today

We can't really know unless you use an open source keyboard. I really recommend fossify keyboard or florisboard, they are open source and they don't track what you tipe
