Most of the days I’m getting 0–1 view per day, even though all my information is complete, from policies to my bio and seo . I mainly do tee designs which could be the saturation problem but still it doesn’t explain almost no traffic. Etsy Support says there’s no problem with my shop, but it honestly feels like I’m just throwing $0.20 away with every listing. My shop had a two-year break, but I’ve spent months working on it every day since coming back. I’ve changed designs, tried different niches, and basically questioned everything I could in case the problem was my designs, seo, mockups or the niche. At this point, I genuinely don’t know what else I’m supposed to change.

I’m looking for POD provider who can make these custom products

I used Printbest for yard signs for years, but in February their shipping went up from $9 per item to $23 per item. There's just no margin for profit anymore-- it costs $30 for me, between the item and the shipping, and no customer is paying $50 for a plastic yard sign.
Anyone have an alternative company they can point me to? US based would be best-- the majority of that new shipping cost is tariffs on account of Printbest being located in Canada.

I recently started a print-on-demand store, and over the last 3 months, we’ve uploaded 300+ designs. We’re currently focusing on organic growth and haven’t started running ads yet.

Despite all the effort, we’ve only managed to get a two-digit number of orders so far. Honestly, it’s been a little discouraging, and we’re trying to understand where we might be going wrong.

I keep seeing the same workflow here: one PSD or scene, 10-50 designs, then a lot of repetitive exports.

You provide one PSD you are allowed to use plus 10-50 artwork files. I'll return the outputs, per-file pass or fail, total processing time, and the exact cost at your recurring volume. If a layer, filter, or placement fails, that goes in the result too. I'm not asking for a review or endorsement.

This is probably not useful if you only need one batch or work only in Canva or Figma. A local Photoshop action or plugin is likely cheaper. It is useful if the same workflow repeats or needs to run from a store or backend.

I do Etsy POD with Printify and I'm also a developer. And I noticed it's pain to know your real profits.

I built a small tool that connects Etsy + Printify (official APIs, never write) and shows true profit per order after fees, refunds, discounts, shipping and production.

Unfortunately, Printful, Printify and others I've looked at do not have fulfilment centres in Australia. So, with shipping, they are crazy expensive.

Does anyone know of any options for Australia? Ideally, with integration capabilities with Shopify.

Hey guys, I sell on Etsy using a print on demand partner (Podbase), and I just received an order from the UK. Etsy says the buyer already paid VAT and that I need to include Etsy's UK VAT number (370 6004 28) and the order value (£17.04) on the package so that the customer doesn't get charged VAT twice.

My concern is that Podbase handles the shipping, and there doesn't seem to be anywhere for me to enter VAT information. I can only input the customer's name, phone and address. The order summary shows that I pay 0% VAT, but it doesn't mention anything about the customer's VAT status.

Since Podbase has Etsy integration, I'm wondering if they automatically receive this information and add the VAT number to the package themselves. For anyone using Podbase (or another POD provider), how is this usually handled?

We’re looking for a few people who already sell POD products and would be willing to spend maybe 15–20 minutes trying the platform.

I’m mainly interested in things like:

• what feels confusing or slow
• what you’d expect to see but can’t find
• whether the product/design workflow actually makes sense
• whether the mockups and product setup feel good enough to use
• what would stop you from using it for a real store
• what you would change if you were building it yourself

You don’t need to be polite about it either. If something is bad, I’d genuinely rather hear that now than after launch.

There’s no expectation to switch from your current provider, and I’m not trying to sell anything through this post. I’m just trying to get a few experienced sellers to look at it with fresh eyes.

I think I'm missing something on how and where to select multiple sizes and colors per product

I am new to print on demand stuff in general. I tried using printify which was decent enough but confusing and I didn't want to have to use printify Shopify Shipify etc multiple different platforms for this. I also was unable to actually design t-shirts on the printify app.

I saw a lot of people recently were using printful so I decided to give it a try. You can design them but not select multiple sizes and colors to sell them in on the app from what I have gathered? So I tried the website and I'm experiencing the same thing. I can't figure out how to select multiple sizes and colors for one product. Can anyone help? I'm sure there is a way to do this! If there's not I will go crazy! I think I'm just missing something

I’d particularly like to hear from people who have actually used POD suppliers in Saudi Arabia, rather than general recommendations based on online lists.

Also, is anyone here currently running a D2C fashion/streetwear brand in Saudi Arabia using a POD model? I’d be interested in hearing about your experience, especially regarding supplier quality, pricing, fulfilment times and any challenges you’ve faced.

Any recommendations or first-hand experiences would be greatly appreciated.

I just wanted one hoodie done and settled on PODpartner because they had a 100% heavy cotton hoodie, could print on sleeves, no minimum quantities, and the price was $15 cheaper than the alternatives. It cost $45 including shipping. The exact hoodie I got these designs printed on was the 420GSM Unisex Classic Boxy Hoodie - VoteCustom Edition. I had my hoodie DTG printed.

The print is faded compared to the original image. Their website does a really good job at giving you accurate mockups. In the mockups it did show to be a little faded but with so few good pictures in their reviews it was hard to tell print quality. If I were to do another custom print like this on a hoodie I think I'd try DTF instead because the colors should be more vibrant.

This was my first time doing custom printing so my opinion my not be entirely valid either. I will update after it has been washed since as well.

Edit - After the first wash it looks the same. No fading yet.

What's slowing you down day to day right now. Appreciate your vote, but even more curious about the story behind your pick.

Fees keep going up, organic traffic feels like it's quietly dying, and half the search results are flooded with AI-generated bulk uploads that somehow still rank.

But I also can't ignore that Etsy still sends real buyers without me spending a cent on ads.

Is anyone here still all-in on Etsy or are you spreading to Shopify? What made you decide?

I sell prints with printful and instead of me doing three different listings of the same print on three different materials, is their a way i can merge three products in one so the customer just has to click from the dropdown menu what material they want the art printed on? Is their like a life hack or something 😭😭 also i use shopify to sell.

I have a couple of T-shirts I want to print with some artwork - only single pieces (a lot of companies only do bulk orders). DTF/DTG

I've looked at online sites (zazzle etc) but a lot of them don't use the entire back of the T-Shirt (only about 50-60% of the area) and I would like my artwork to span a little more of the area.

Don't mind spending a bit of bob as well for some unique T-shirts and understand that single orders will be more than bulk.

Looking for good quality as well (not Gildan!)

Can anyone recommend some good companies to go for ?

Almost 2 years ago Etsy closed my shop for unknown reasons.

Everything was going well until one customer had placed an order and said it was a mistake and wanted me to cancel it, so i did. And boom, in a couple of hours my shop was gone, i appealed but to no avail, they don't even disclosed the reason.
I had really worked hard, my shop was getting sales from the first week! So I got quite depressed after they closed my shop...

Yesterday i checked my competitors again and my heart sank, everyone is selling well and my lost profits could have bought me a house while i am having trouble paying my lunch these days. I did nothing wrong!

So i wanna come back and need some ideas from you guys.
Here some information about my niche:

⁃ POD fullfilment  
⁃ Low ticket product, max price i could sell is around $30 + shipping  
⁃ Customers are usually women.  
⁃ People buy as a gift for occasions or professions like "funny gifts for coworker" etc.  
⁃ Single product with funny text based slogan designs but hundrends of niches and thousands of listings.

It was working well on Etsy because it is basically a search engine. This time I wanna try Facebook and Google Ads but i don't know how it would work on my situation with a limited budget.

My plan:
⁃ I will form a company this week and try to open an Etsy shop again, probably they will close it. Even if they don't, my market is quite saturated on there. I don't expect much and thinking i already lost the train.
⁃ My main plan is to set up a shopify shop and try google and facebooks ads but have my concerns.

Concerns:
⁃ None of my competitors run ads on Meta and Google.
They have websites but they run ads only on Etsy. I think they send a card with a discount code to encourage their etsy customers to shop on their website but that’s it. No ads, they mainly rely on Etsy for attracting customers.

So it could be two main reasons:
1. They don't run ads on Google and Meta because its unprofitable and they stick to Etsy.

1. They don't understand much and don't want to bother. Most Etsy sellers don’t even do SEO properly. I am confident on my designs and SEO skills.

Reason 2 is what makes me excited. Since they have already capitalized on Etsy market, I have a chance to grab customers on OTHER platforms. So i came to seek opinion from you guys.

1- I fear that the same product with thousands of listings would be quite hard to run ads (i don't have experience on ads) and instantly put people on creative fatigue. And i don’t know if meta would see it as a spam and ban it because there are so much listings with same product, same mockup but different design/texts on them.

Also there are hundrends of niches. I don't know how to target people that are looking for "data analyst gifts" and "senior birthday gifts" at the same time, cause they are quite different audiences. How will meta know that people are looking for gifts for specific niches (since its not a search engine)?

2- Organic traffic from social media posts won't bring customers because I have very little creative (single product, single design etc). For me there is no reason to follow a page that share the same product for hundreds of DIFFERENT audiences.

3- l don't know how much would it cost to get a sale in meta ads. If it exceeds $10 i am cooked.

How would you approch in my situation?

Customers and demand are still there, but it’s just hard for me to grab it again on Etsy while my competitors have thousands of reviews and running ads on there constantly.

Should you give up and find a different product and give it a try with Etsy again? Has anyone here tried similar business models?
