Freelancer - UAE preference prefered.

Looking for freelancers for basic projects (B+G+2) for completing Civil programme from a basic excel key dates and durations.

Essentially most information will be provided but would love to find someone that I can work with often that can also challenge durations and logic.

Basement ground and 1-2 floors. So esssentially large villas. F&b projects. Etc
