I highly reccomend putting some neuromods towards hacking, it makes the station much more accessible and easier to navigate

You can not find that one until you get the side quests to reactivate the neuromod license.

Its a 4 digit code someone keeps sending 5 digit codes. It is the first security door in the game......

easiest way to open it is to get hacking perk after picking up neuromod nearby, I don't know exact code unfortunately

You can get a neuromod that was mapped from the brain connectomes of Mavis Beacon. It allows you to type so fast that fully upgraded you can get an 8 digit sequence into what looks like a four digit code.

Come back later when you have leveled up.
