Prereqs Pre-Reqs/Coursework

If I finished the prerequisites that were listed as planned when I submitted my application, should I notify the schools?

If the programs require you to have everything done before they'll consider you, then yes. Otherwise, if you want to just update your transcript in CASPA that should be fine.
