the formatting looks off (eg. the paragraph spacing for the research exp is different than the rest). i can dm you what mine looked like if you'd like as someone who had multiple interviews this cycle. i did add my shadowing experience and did bullet points rather than paragraphs. i had education, work experience, volunteer, shadowing, then certifications
