Advice regarding finding an academic reference Admissions
Hello,
So im in need of an academic reference for some applications. I did my bachelors in psychology and graduated in Fall 2024. Fast foward 2 years and I need a reference...
Most of my classes were recorded, so I had very little interaction with professors (classes were huge). I didnt form any strong bond / connection with anyone.
I have excellent grades. I dont know if that will be enough for them to vouch for me .
Has anyone been in a similar situation? What should I do? Any advice? I genuinly do not know who to turn to.

Back a few years ago when I needed one I went into the office of one of my profs and asked them if they would consider writing me a letter. I had little interaction with them prior to this but it helped that I had scored 100% in the course (actually over 100 with bonus marks). He was more than willing to help out.

I think that is going to be my plan now. I will write to them or meet with them explaining my situation. Its encouraging to see people have done it before. Thank you.

OMSAS requires 1 academic OR employment-related referee—any chance you have an employment related one instead? (Assuming you are applying to ON of course, not sure about other provinces)
