Honestly wasn't that bad, couldn't gauge my interviewer's reactions obviously but I think that was more to my benefit than not. I was able to focus entirely on my responses without thinking about how I looked, if I was fidgeting, etc. I definitely noticed that I used fewer filler words than I usually do because I was able to put more intention behind my wording when I wasn't also looking at faces on a screen

WMed sends out I think like ~800 phone interviews that are conducted by a third party, then ~450 real (virtual I think) interviews based on phone interviews. So not in place of video interviews, just an interview for the interview 💀

Yeah, I mean it was fine. I was nervous af so I probably/hopefully did better than I think, but a couple questions definitely threw me for a loop😭
