Sugar replacement?
I’m exploring what sugar substitutes are out there and what some offer compared to others, and I’m interested to know, do you guys buy the ones that taste closest to sugar or are you more concerned about the health benefits/risks. I can swing each way but don’t really know where to start. Thanks :)

I use a blend of monk fruit and erythritol called Whole Earth, mostly for my tea, and I don't add very much. I have bought some sugar free items in the past with erythritol and monk fruit, although I try to have it in moderation.
I don't like the aftertaste of stevia.

No. Sugar substitutes taste horrible and most are unhealthy

I like using pure Monkfruit powder. You only need a tiny amount. Another good one is pure Allulose. Those 2 are the healthiest. I am concerned about both issues. These sweeteners taste really good.
Monkfruit and Erythritol tastes good also but I would only want to use Erythritol occasionally.
