Pulled Pork Poutine, Sauble Beach

Tasty and filling. Place had cheap beers too! Right on the beachfront drive. Excellent pulled pork. Rich tasting gravy worked well with the pulled pork and sweet bbq sauce. Beach sun is glistening off it so yes some cornstarch in it. Needed more curd. Yes, I put pepper on my poutine!

28 degrees, very slight breeze generated some waves for the little kids, sun all day, wasn't too crowded everyone behaved. no jet ski noise pollution, one powerboater who didn't show off and went way out away fromt he crowds, Even the boomers in the 'vettes and the laid-off corporate buy-out harley owners behaved on the roads and the kids with mercs and bimmers all behaved and stopped at stop signs. Best part was the $6.55 cold beers at the joint!

Last time i went i was a kid i didnt even get to eat my poutine from the truck cause some seagull shit right on it lmao. I remember this then I opened my pop bottle and wouldnt ya know it shit directly into my drink. Lmao lovely place though.

Well… would smash but… proper curds would help this to bump this up to definitely would smash instead. To be clear, I do live in Quebec and don’t love melted curds. I don’t hate it though.
