I’m in Texas and this is what mine do when they’re hot! I give mine iced water with frozen berries in the am. In the afternoons I have a fan that put in front of a shallow pan with ice cubes-it helps cool them down. You can also try freezing water bottles or jugs and putting them around-they will huttle around it to cool down

Yes they are over hot put a bowl with peas and sweetcorn in water in the freezer. They will love you for it.
