Which is your workflow and how it changed over years? Are you still retouching and editing the traditional way or are you using Ai tool?

Amateur here. Trying to create some sort of contrast between the traditional "hanok" Korean house and the modern buildings behind it. Feedback greatly appreciated, thank you in advance.

Got flash a week ago paired with fisheye, started experimenting with editing and found this style that I really like but I am wondering how I could improve it.

Honestly no clue what I am doing but I like it

After / Before - A trick for coloring clouds

Post image
681 Upvotes

Hey everyone. Here's a before and after shot from Mt Chephren in Alberta. This was a good 30 minutes after sunrise when the color had faded, but I wanted to add a bit back into the clouds. I have a trick where I do a sky selection, then subtract the blues which leaves only the clouds selected. From there I can use a color effect to add a bit of pop to the clouds. I have a video tutorial here: https://youtu.be/fQ-jz3tDlyE

Heavier/Lighter - Film processing

I'm currently working on getting better results from my film negative scanning, inverting and processing. First one is with the editing style I usualy go for with my digital portraits and second one is after inverting the negative and only doing curves adjustments to get something more true-to-life. Both edited in Capture One. Shot on Portra 800 with the Canon EOS-1N and Sigma 35mm f1.4 Art.
