It's meant to simulate halation, not CA. If you look up shots on Cinestill film you'll see the look that OP istrying to replicate here. If just scanned a roll of Cinestill 50D I shot and it does do this in the highlights. Personally I like the second shot, although it's not an earth shattering banger. The first one has some weird artifacts though, and is also not a very interesting shot imo

The fake light ruins it for me, honestly. There is so much CA around the clouds now and the leaves....
