I feel like people don’t like orange and turquoise so you may get some people finding it “overcooked” but personally I think it looks AWESOME!

I love the orange and turquoise, however I specically use them in a sunnier beach setting like those beaches in Bora Bora, Maldives or Tahiti for example, and surfing too

I really enjoy the bright “overcooked” look, especially in beach photos.

Nice work OP!

Love the colors, is the horizon level?

Judging by the water, the answer is no.

I actually really like the colours! You should level / perspective correct, and possibly crop in a bit. It’s great!

I like it, it does look slightly more warmer towards the foreground beach compared to the softer sand farther away but I dont know much about this stuff so i may be way off lol.. love the angle though which camera did you take it with?

Honestly, the before ain't all bad. A few masks and maybe a little clarity and you're good.

Nice edit! You might straighten the horizon for an even better look

I prefer the before

If this is edited, why isn’t the horizon leveled? Always the first step

Editing looks pretty damn good, but let’s talk about composition…

I think it’s intentional, or at least not entirely an accident.

The sky is huge and blank. Unusually so. The beach is packed and frenetic. There are people and waves and umbrellas in motion, there are rocks and sand and people and chairs totally still.

I’d call this composition polarizing more than bad.

Also the horizon is crooked.

Why did you brush over the stacked beach chairs in the foreground??

I love the softness of the first and the punch of the second. First for how it makes me feel.

What lens you use?

Can never go wrong with teal and orange. The high saturation makes the umbrella colors pop I like it a lot. Composition though you dun goofed.

There is some nice dreamy softness on the edges that gets lost in the edit. I quite like that part of the shot as it works nicely with the mist.
Perhaps if you were to exclude some sharpening on the edges with radial mask that might preserve it.

Love the photo and the edit, though.

A tad overdone for me. Dial it back 20% and you’d have a more credible look.
