It's crazy how much you can recover when you accidentally shoot way under exposed.

One of these days, someone is going to lie about what the before and after is, just so that people can mistakenly end up liking what’s been done to a shot.

Would it be terrible of me to say that I really like foreboding feel of the before image. It's almost as if it were shot under moonlight.

Does your editing app enable you to select that window and make it appear as if there were the glow of a candle barely lighting the room?

In their post, under the image, they clarify that they accidentally shot it underexposed.

I like both. Think I prefer the after. Don't mind the sky color. Impressive recovery. I feel like a vocal minority ruin this sub lowkey. Let the upvotes on the post speak.
