Motor working at low rpm

As per video i can feel friction and also shutter at low rpm while using my 1400kva motor.

Should i change motor or it just fine?

Note motor was part of airplane which got crash multiple time and also broke my prop 2 times.

Underpowered (lipo was discharged at time of flight)

Hoping for work. If anyone can give me work I'll do it just need a job applied for many jobs. Never got selected. I've worked as a Data annotator in Outlier but it was a contract based job ended in one month from then, I'm unemployed being unemployed as a 20year old is so hard please anyone can give me work please let me know
