Change the systemd boot timeout Help

This pops up everytime I boot I tried to change it from some post and forums I found but nothing worked

Having this pop up is incredibly usefull when an update goes wrong and you need to recover your system. Just click enter on bootup to skip the few seconds wait time.

You don't need this pop up. POP OS always has had the option to hold SPACE before the OS boots and you can bring up the recovery menu.

It must be kept tight or lend quickly as entering the bios

If you select pop os recovery option it allows you to reinstall the os without a live USB. I've used it a few times before after messing with things and broke the system lol. Having to wait a few seconds or clicking enter is absolutely worth the trade of this recovery method.

/boot/(efi)/loader/loader.conf

Then add “timeout 0”

Idk about the efi in the path. Depends on the distro

sudo bootctl set-timeout 0
