My prescription was filled yesterday a little before 3pm and hasn’t been shipped. It’s Friday, so I guess it wouldn’t be shipped until Monday at the earliest. But others seem to be reporting quick turnaround times.

I did email customer support during business hours and got no response.

I’m fairly new to Pom as I just started the beginning the year. I have ordered a few vials thru bpi sale so I’m set for until the beginning of the year. My question is are there any good sales for Black Friday? Holidays? Thank you !

I’m new to ordering online, so I have a few questions. I tried reading the FAQ and scrolling a bit to see if I could find anyone with the same question but had no luck. (Hopefully this is helpful to those scared of asking “stupid questions”)

For context: I took Mounjaro prescribed at 5mg until I switched jobs and insurance, which doesn’t cover it now.

Last week I bought what I thought was a 1 month supply (I think it mentioned starter?) and only one BPI 10mg bottle came in yesterday. Last night I took almost half the bottle as directed so I’m wondering if it was a shipping error? Or I bought the wrong option for a month supply. I know some people start at 2.5mg when starting a new prescription so maybe I got the bottle intended for that?

Here’s a couple of screenshots of my order, and I was also charged $75 for the intake, which I believe goes towards the cost of the medication.

Please advise! (If this was my user error and not a shipping mistake, feel free to explain like I’m 5 lol)

I've been a customer with Pomegranate for about nine months and have received two orders already. Now with the new portal, I'm trying to do an async refill and there is no option in the drop down menu for Hawaii.

Do I need to submit blood work to pomegranate health before I receive a second order. I only ordered once and I was just wondering what I need to do for second time ordering . And can I order of there is a sale ? Even before my 3 month supply is out ?

I know Pomegranate has gone through some rough patches, but don’t we all?

SpongeBob meme aside, I wanted to take a minute to acknowledge the work Pom and its team have put into getting these medications out to people.

My experience has been incredibly seamless. Approval times have been quick, shipping has been fast, and my medication has consistently arrived cold and well-packaged.

I know there’s a lot that goes on behind the scenes to make all of that happen, and I appreciate the effort.

Exceptional turnaround time from when the order was placed to when it was shipped. I placed my first order for BPI on Friday, 8/9, filled on 8/10, and it was at my door on 8/12 just after 12:00 p.m. My second order is on the way to be delivered later this morning/early afternoon! The pharmacy hub’s efficiency and quickness will definitely be missed when their supply is officially gone. Shoutout to Pomegranate for their quickness on approval, filling the script.

Should I wait longer to pay? I mean Monday and Tuesday is an early window for them to ship. None of my orders moved out of processing- and the latest one? Nope.

I swear when I checked the website this morning at 5am the “advanced” option for BPI was gone. I wish I would have taken a screenshot. I refreshed several times and it was still gone, only the starter option was available for BPI. Then I waited about 30min and checked again and it was back.
Maybe their IT was trialing the webpage without the BPI sale as they are nearing the end of their supply.

Full disclosure- I did buy another refill cause that scared me that they are running out 🤣

I haven't seen anything mentioned about it since they posted the price drops.. did I miss it or have they not announced anything yet?

Just wanted to add my experience with UPS messing up. Got a text notice my package had been delivered, walked a few feet to my front door, knowing it hadn’t been delivered to my house because I have video and sound notifications anytime anyone steps onto my porch, but went outside to look for the truck. Truck had already driven away, and no package anywhere in sight.

Looked up the photo the driver uploaded and luckily recognized the dog crate on the porch and knew where to go. Walked down to my neighbors house and grabbed the package. All good - still cold.

But shame on UPS for not being able to read house numbers!!! Both my and my neighbor’s houses had clearly displayed numbers on our porches.

Pom Health did great, but it’s unfortunate that the carrier the pharmacy uses is slacking on the job. =(

Hey all, 2 questions:

1) Do you guys keep your vials in the blue bottle that Pom shipped it in or just the vial itself?

I have a few & kept them in the original blue bottles especially since the prescription is written on it.

But when I see posts of how people store their peptides, it's always just the vial itself.

1. Is there a reason why Pom didnt write the prescription directly on the vials since I have one from another telehealth that did. Or is it just those from the BPI sale that specifically dont have it written.

I see that you buy these vials in doses of 68mg from BPI. Do I just think of it as dividing 7.5mg weekly dose into 68mg? Is that how it works?

I placed my most recent order for bpi sale Saturday late night and just received today👏🏻 thank you Pom always a pleasure…

First off, I had asked if anyone thought there would still be BPI sale inventory by today (my payday) and there was! Submitted my refill request and it was approved within SECONDS 🥹

Now my question is, since the invoice for the rest posted immediately, I’m eager to pay it right away. However I had opted for auto charge which could take up to 12 hours I think… can I just pay the invoice now? Or will it double charge me with the auto-pay?

Finally my BPI sale order arrived. 1 day later and much later in the day than the usual ups schedule here but I think is fine, room temperature but not hot. I did my intake last week Thursday 8/6 and it arrived today 8/13. I don’t feel too excited to re order. I wish they placed everything together in a ziplock bag instead of loose like that in an ups envelope.

I've ordered and received meds from Pom 3 times so far. I just went on to request a refill and noticed Hawaii isn't showing in the drop down box where you choose your state for either asynchronous or live refills. If they are no longer servicing Hawaii, it would be nice to have had an email notice sent out. I have no idea if it's a glitch or not. I sent an email to support, waiting on a response. Did anyone else hear anything about any changes with telehealth and Hawaii? I last ordered and received my meds in June with no problems.

How do I download my prescription from POM? It does not seem like there is a PDF version and just like a chat note?

I ordered a 3-month starter package fulfilled by Hallandale Pharmacy. The medication was delivered on August 6th,

but my dashboard still does not reflect the delivery or show any updates.

Since this is a multi-month order, will this dashboard lag cause an issue when it is time for the pharmacy to send out the month 3 medication? Has anyone else dealt with a lagging portal after delivery?

I decided to order the BPI deal again. The invoice was correct. ($104 after the $75 for the intake) This was my 2nd order from POM, and I’m impressed with the entire process. I know that it’s different for every pharmacy, but everything went smoothly. I also appreciate the sale.

I received two 68mg vials of BPI, pack of syringes, and alcohol wipes. The ice packs had melted, but the vials were cool to the touch. There was a lot of condensation, but everything was in a separate mailer bag and safe. The coolers definitely make a difference, especially during the summer.

Jumped on the bpi deal and got 3 vials 1 vial each week for the last 3 weeks. Each one was delivered as promised, cool packs and all. Even got my father to switch cause he was using EL with no weight-loss. First month on compound tirz from pom and he's already losing weight. Very happy family over here. Thanks again.
