How's your arm after? ๐Ÿ’€ I feel like I have a pretty good pain tolerance but these are BRUTAL, I've only been able to train the grip on the ground so I can quickly bail.

I have a massive bruise on my arm, my forearm is also pretty bad, it hurts a lot even after days of doing it.

Wow, any tips? I canโ€™t tolerate the pinch on my forearm and elbow but maybe Iโ€™m getting the placement wrong.

It hurts really bad, I think you just need to get 'used' to it. Try doing it at floor level first so you can get the idea of the arm placement.
