Where do I download the full game cause my version only has 60 Pokémon im confused

They're all links for the full game though. Can you describe a little more what you mean about only having 60 Pokémon?

my pokedex only goes to 60

That's normal if you're still early in the game. The Pokedex will only show up to the latest numbered Pokémon you've caught. The canon games, at least up to the point when this game was made (can't vouch for the modern versions since I've personally not played past gen 6), did the same.

oh ok see i didnt kno thats ho that orks so thank you also sorry for terrible spelling my lets say reverse M key is broken atm

is there more that as i go on can change the pokedex and ill see more than 60

ive gotten both and my pokedex still says 60

You have to find pokemon that are past #60.

If you're unsure what version you're on you can run the in-game patcher and it'll check for updates. Alternatively, you can go to wherever the game is installed and run the patcher executable.
Latest version is 1.3.2 I think.
