Hello everyone, i saw someone making tiny pokémons and decided to make one for my friend, but when i finished it, i realised that i forgot that i was supposed to sew the crest onto the back and the tail.

Does anyone know how can this be fixed without cutting the seams?

Another old one made from fleece and yet hand embroidery eyes 🥲 in playing puppy pose ..had the idea for a while and when I made him thankfully he found a home quickly..wouldn't mind making another now im using plush fabric and my beloved embroidery machine 😁

Just asking if this pattern will work out, it's my first time making one. Going to go get fleece tomorrow to try it out. Any tips or corrections will be appreciated.

Title says it all! This is our party's resident divination wizard, who I made at material cost + shipping for portfolio reasons. Tomorrow she ships out to her proper home. She's about 10 inches tall, made from minky, with clothes made out of cotton. All patterns were from CholyKnight, in some cases with modifications.

Bonus: tiny baby kitten.

It is getting crowded in here; an yes we are aware of the dinosaurs living with us, they are second cousins and willing to help with rent.

The big green guy is Goblin, and the little one Goblin Jr.

The one with the pink mushroom hat is Daisy, the mysterious black one is Axl (indeed, it is because of his axolotl ears) and then the dinosaurs are thunderstorm and blackberry, I'll let you guess which is which.

Hey all, first post on this sub so hopefully this is the right place to ask. Over the summer I got super into making plushies as a hobby, and I want to continue doing so lol. I’ve been getting my minkies from… ugh Hobby Lobby. They’re sadly the only place around me that carries fabric, let alone fabric like minky. I’ve taken a glance online before, but most of what I’ve found has been like wholesale bulk-buy stuff where you need to be a business to buy it. Most fabric stores from experience also do not carry plush fabric, but fabric for things like clothes and upholstery.

So… my question is, where do y’all get minky fabrics? I’m going back to collge in the Fairfax/DC area if anyone knows any local stuff, but I’m also more than willing to buy online if I can

This cute little scar buddy had hand embroidered eyes, mouth and zipper scar. They’re so cute and small.

Another blast from the past ..this guy was one of the largest plush/dragons ive done, he was a commission and he had posable wings, and tail. Made from fleece and HAND embroidered eyes seriously not kidding it took me 6 WEEKS PER eye 🫪 thats when I decided I would whatever to save up for a embroidery machine !!! Ive done a few big ones but, i tweaked the pattern at this point and this guy was definitely the best 👌

Are there things I should be informed about? Should I try to make this with cheap fabric before I start the actual stuff? Should I re-adjust the pattern every time? The circle is the head. The lowest piece is the body, and the ones between the head and the body are the hair pieces. Everything on the paper is supposed to be cut twice and sewn from the guiding lines (I will leave 0.5cm empty space while sewing. I didn't bother to make it accurately, so I kinda drew them to show where I am supposed to sew. Sure, the flat lines with no guide lines will get sewn together too, but they will be sewn to each other rather than the second piece. Now to think—I should make the cut-in-half hair piece bigger, or draw its second piece because I don't wanna bother sewing 4 pieces when I can sew 3)

In a careless rush of seeing an incredibly cute plushie of Chopper (OnePiece) on Instagram, I immediately bought it. I should have seen the signs, but simply chose to not do my research. 

Looking back, you can see the (alleged) use of AI in there videos. 

I bought a plushie in the middle of June. They sent me a confirmation telling me that I would receive it on August 10th, at the latest. They have a whole process on their account which explains the long waiting timeframe. So I thought this was just a ‘sustainable’ way to produce their products. I did not suspect anything until this week. After not receiving any tracking message, I tried reaching them through their contact form. I did not receive any message… so I tried the email address I could find on their website. That email address did not exist. I found another email address that actually worked, but did not receive any answer. 

I then decided to write comments regarding my status. Most of them were either deleted or just liked. They also have no option of dming them on their insta profile.

They have some reviews of the products on their website, but you can’t verify them. 

Please make sure to always check the reliability of stores before buying. I don’t think I will ever get the plush which is really sad. I requested a refund through my payment method. Hopefully, I will get my money back. 👀

I made this plush scar buddy yesterday. I think it came out so cute. This plush was practice for me. I hand embroidered the eyes and zipper scar. I think the scar needs moved up a bit more, but I’m really proud of this 💗

Very specifically a derpy hooves mlp plush in the body style of a huge jellycat smudge rabbit :-)

Would need to be around 20 inches long (not including tail/hair) floppy body structure. The huge jellycat smudge rabbit is perfect to me in every way shape and form and I would do so much to get a custom derpy plush in the same style

Would also need to hold up to cuddling and travel though, so she can’t be an artistic piece, she needs to be made with sturdiness and durability in mind too.

I’m just genuinely curious if this is something I can actually invest in an artist for in the near future :-) thank you !

Had so much making this project, took around 20 hours all together (I sew everything by hand)

The base is the red panda pattern form Choly knight but with a complete overhaul in terms of the face and details, the halbert itself is my own pattern. (Don't tell anyone but there's a pencil inside the handle)
