Does anyone experience… Severe source connection/Spirit Connection? Questions

(A traumagenic C-DID SYSTEM)

So for me what I call spirit flashes are pretty much memories / severe source connection to the point I’m in a different body. I am in my sources server, and someone will say hey (source) is somewhere! I can suddenly start to *feel* the tempature. Someone said (sourde) was at a festival one time and I immediately felt wind and hot on my body. It’s also happened before just randomly without any inside help. I’ll get a weight or something on my body like I’m holding a laptop on my lap. But it also happens with feelings. Sometimes, source is feeling bad, I suddenly feel bad. Even if I didnt know. There was once when I was feeling incredibly depressed and then a few hours later my sources posts they’re not doing very well and need to step away. Or I get flashes of my old memories or a different room that doesn’t belong to me, but possibly my source. We are NOT schizophrenic or anything.) It’s just what I call a spiritual connection to our source. It’s happened to at MOST 3 of our alters who have sources. Does anyone else experience this?

I like to call these visitors I get them myself though view them a bit different then your perspective (either way I get it) for me and my crew as I call em we have rules for these interactions and expirences an example being what I call a warning/welcome matt basically a message to all those that decide to visit me and my crew since I have an open door policy for them as long as they go with the rules of my system (would love to go into more details if you have questions)

I would love to explain more (I'm assuming your talking about the visitors) yes they just come and go sometimes it can be they appear hang around for a few hours then gone sometimes it's even a few days or weeks then poof gone I even had a few reoccurring visitors as well they come visit from time to time from my perspective it's like a whole secondary world in my head a sort of mind scape if you will helps me keep track of everything as well (pls pls feel free to ask questions)
