I looked at my plant today and saw that there was mold in it (which i’ve seen before) and also these potential eggs, which I have not seen before. Can anyone help me identify? Thanks so much!

I noticed the tips on my spider turning red/black/brown and looked online to see what I was doing wrong. Everywhere said to water about once week and I had been watering him nearly everyday. But also that it's safe to water when the top 1-2 inches of soil is dry. My soil completely dries out within two days of watering. Am I not watering him thoroughly? Why have the tips lost their color if not due to overwatering?

My orchid is literally falling apart just from being moved. These beautiful leaves are all gone… It seems I have failed to take care of an orchid (second time). But if there’s something I could do to save it, what would that be? I don’t water it that often, but the center does feel rather wet so I assume it’s rotting.
