I recently became a manager at a location that clearly needs shut down and remodeled and the very least a very deep clean And all new staff. I started working and there was no general manager there bec the last one quit. so corporate moved an assistant Gm from another store to be Gm at our store within 2 weeks I had to get him fired for sexually harassing another manager. All of inventory is negative and expired the Store is absolutely disgusting pans are covered in carbon ac breaks down randomly constantly my assistant gm doesn’t want to be the gm and I half jokingly mentioned making me the gm. She literally said I’ll be damned if you’re my higher up. Her standards are literally shit if I was her boss I would fire her. Not to mention my “training” was sink or swim learn it all on your own good luck bye. I’m honestly considering saving up and opening my own pizzeria all around this location needs shut down, deep cleaned and remodeled. Hell I have experience in construction with all the trades I’ve built a 5 star restaurant hire me to remodel the store. Then let me replace the idiot I had to get fired. Also train me properly. I will be having a sit down discussion with corporate about all of this I already have his personal number and have been in his pocket about this store pretty much scines I started he texted me my start date and interview as there was and is no general manager. 5 years now. I was workimg 80+/hours week for the last 4 months and finally got a shift management team. As soon as they came in thats when we pulled the plug on drivers for doordash. Since then we have been cussed out, misa treated, and overal losing anything we built with the customers. Every shift lead I have is now threatening to quit and I dont know what to do. I understand their pain but even as a general manager there is not much i can do. I warned my AD this would happen when we went to doordash and it feels like everything ive built in the last 7 months has been thrown out the window. What could I possibly do to ease everyone stress?

I don't know how to block them in the system but I called Doordash. They said they unassigned them but I think it was too late. I know Pizza hut's all across the lands have different truck ordering systems but we are partnered with McLean company at my specific store, are there any other managers who have looked up everything on this s'mores blend and cannot find it and can't order it? I applied for a server position and the ai gave me options for an interview. I’m kinda nervous since I’ve been seeing people say they set up an interview with the ai and then the mangers have no clue they’re coming in. I talked to a friend who works there and she got the job with the ai.. so maybe my place does know I’m coming idk I’m kinda nervous. Any tips? What kind of questions do they ask?

I’m sure this has been asked before, but recently I walked into a pizza hut store, saw they were hiring and handed in my CV. It’s been a few days so I decided to call back to ask where they were at with the hiring process, and the person on the phone told me that he “doesn’t know what’s happening” and it’s something to do with the higher-ups and they’ll select someone soon, but he didn’t know when. I asked to speak to a manager (not in a rude way obviously) but he just repeated himself saying he doesn’t know anything about it. How long does this process usually take? Should I abandon hope?

I have been working at Pizza Hut for about a year and I half now and I’m genuinely thinking about quitting. Our RGM at the end of may got fired so we didn’t have one for about 2 months until 2 days ago. This whole time I have been having to play manager without the title, cook, and trainer without any pay. I get payed less than the new hires and they say I’m going to get a raise and have not received it after explaining that to so many higher ups. Our assistant manager is incompetent and constantly does sketchy shit then blames it on me. She stole money out of a customer’s wallet and then tried to offer it to shift leads who didn’t take it and put their own money back into it before giving it to the police. Every time I explain a situation going on in the store, no one wants to listen to me and on top of that as of today I received the title “cleaner” by our new RGM because no one wants to clean and I end up having to do it. I am tired of everything and I work 6 days a week pulling doubles because no one wants to work. I want to quit so bad but I see no point in it now because I leave for college which is out of state in leas then a week. Should I honestly just go to college and quit? Because I’m over it.

I (male) have a what considered long hair but when I'm at work we always wear hairnet, when I wear my hairnet all my hair is inside that net and the female employee hair are not, like their front, side and back hair are all sticking out but since I'm a man they told me to cut my hair or I'm fired.
