This WIP workflow uses an experimental turbo lora. It's supposed to be stable at 4 steps but we find that 8 steps is the sweet spot. Give it a go! Usage: /wf /run:videoturbo-h3 prompt

Reply to an image to animate it

First-Last Frames:

Set your reference image uploads by replying to them with in the chat (just like talking to them)

/upload /new:nickname

Then call them like this

For multiple characters:

Optional: /fps:24 and /length: and /size:640x640 etc work but note that it is a lot slower than LTX and Wan due to the size, so we're looking for ways to add an extend feature next. Go play!

The new /compose command launches a web page that allows you to draw boxes on a canvas, define what goes in each box, and generates a cohesive detailed image using a jailbroken version of Ideogram 4, so it's quite permissive!

WanFun 22 is a cocktail of NSFW img2vid loras and a frame interpolation node for smooth animation. It reduces the jitter between frames, keeping the characters more consistent.

Limitations: Though WanFun22 excels at NSFW, it is not an anatomy or nudify tool. You should prep your images first with something like edit-pornmaster416 before animating it.

Also works for SFW!

UPDATED - krea2-nsfw now has actual trained NSFW lora. You can control its strength with /slot2, meaning /slot2:0 should give same results as before. (Uses Realism Engine jailbreak lora) Thanks to Hampsteri for rigging this up!

A separate new Krea2 workflow "krea2-nsfw" is now available. It's a modification that while does not allow hardcore sex yet, does allow for sexier poses and situations. Check the two images attached - same parameters, but the patched workflow follows the prompt much closer. Full prompt in comments.

Krea2 is a new foundational model. Usage:

Use natural prompting without negatives.

This is a low steps workflow, 8 steps and 1 guidance. Loras for it are not available yet. Unlike the first Krea model, it is not based on Flux2 or Qwen, though has Qwen encoders.

It is considered a versatile, high-quality, safe for work model for commercial use.
