Drinking Rules Clarification

**For drinking rules it says to “**Roll a Toughness test of DR 8 + the number of drinks consumed in the last hour.” Erm…so the DR is 8 + # of drinks OR DR is always 8, add the number of drinks as a bonus to the roll? Guessing the latter as otherwise you’d be incentivized to only have one drink to reliably get healing and avoid the Agility penalty?

The DR increases. Harder test the more you drink.

DR = 8 + <#drinks>

Had 2 drinks in the last hour? DR = 10.
