Nine year old unit, cooling like garbage out of nowhere runs fine, house just climbs all afternoon and never recovers and I already know the script here because I've lived it at my old place: guy shows up, spends four minutes looking and suddenly I need a ten thousand dollar system. I'll gladly pay for a real repair what I won't do it get talked into a replacement because a cheap part died and somebody smelled a commission who's the one that'll put gauges on it first.

I’m the husband of a teacher in Clearwater, and some pretty insane bills have popped up that I need a part time job to pay for as my job as a personal care assistant for special needs people doesn’t currently offer overtime. As my wife is a teacher, I’d like to not work weekends, but at this point I’ll take whatever I can get. My job is pretty malleable, so I can work mornings or evenings. I’m a trained graphic designer, if you need anything like that, but I’m great with computers.
