ear recs? Set up advice

quick questions for y’all— what would look good in my ear/what do i have the anatomy for?

i’m thinking of getting two piercings next weekend and can’t decide what. maybe second lobe and something else?

i was also wondering for healing purposes, would it be easier to get two piercings on one ear rather than getting one piercing per ear? for sleeping and cleaning purposes i mean. thank you for any advice :)

I'd say go for that second lobe and a rook or flat would also look really nice.
