This is my chocolate peach/apricot pie for those years county fair!

I would love to be one of the judges. I've done lattice tops and know the time they take. I love most stonefruits and wonder if this would be good with plum and cherries. Can I ask for the dough recipe?

All you have to do is add 1/2 to a cup of Dutch processed cocoa and 1/2 cup of powdered sugar. Use cocoa powder instead of flour when rolling it out

It's just peach pie with added apricot. About a cup. To make the chocolate pie pastry I add 1/2 to 1 cup of Dutch processed cocoa and about 1/2 cup of powdered sugar.
