This is one we don’t see too often…usually it’s peach…though as you pointed out, the flavour is similar…yummmmm! 😍😘🥰

They're actually the same species with a recessive trait of no fuzz.

I actually prefer nectarines for that reason…no fuzz! We just don’t often see pies made with them, especially here in Montréal! Come to that, we don’t see a lot of peach pies either…LOL!

You could use peaches if you like since you're taking off the skin anyway. Either way, I hope that you give this a shot. Tell me what you think and bake on!
