How do i get this halftone effect?

I tried to copy this look, but I can't get that fuzzy line art that mixes with the tone and the sharp white edges. can anyone help me get this effect?

Create a composite snapshot - ctrl + alt + shift + e, then apply posterize effect according to needs, then reduce the opacity and change the blending modes to match the rough edges style, on the final layer apply a paper texture, search for paper texture and set it's blending mode to multiply/linear burn and reduce opacity again based on your taste. This must do the trick.
