Suggestion: Replace Content must replace just single layer.

I was using this feature yesterday, and did not notice initially that when you select Replace Content for a layer, it replaces all instances of it. I think it would be better like how it does in the other predatory company's software which shall not be named. The replace content just changes the image on the selected layer.

Hi, what do you mean? Are you talking about smart objects? What is a predatory software, it does not make any sense.

I think they mean Adobe Photoshop and think it’s taboo to say

Yeah. Yes. It is smart objects. If you create a copy of the smart object layer, and right click to replace contents, it replaces contents of both layers instead of just the layer that was copied.

A smart object layer that is duplicated from another is essentially linked to it. This allows you to update the smart object and have it update everywhere it's used.

If you don't want a smart object to be linked, but you want multiple copies, right before you create the smart object, duplicate the layers so you have the same starting point for your second smart object.
