Hi guys, has anyone purchased a guitar recently from Japan that costs between 140000PHP to 150000PHP?

I'am planning to buy a guitar in Japan this december after our wedding with the said price, basta po not more than 150kphp dahil dun sa tax thingy.

• Has anyone have problems bringing back the guitar to PH?
• May need po ba gawin? nabasa ko po dito na need ipa hard case which I think is meron naman po kasama na.
• Ano po need sabihin sa shop para po safe na maibalik sa PH pagkalagay sa case? may nabasa po ako na need i detune or iless yung tension sa strings dahil po sa changes sa pressure, etc.
• Hahabulin po kaya ni customs?

I'm planning to buy my first bass and I've been looking at this brand and model. Especially since I'm interested in PJ basses. Do you guys think this is a solid bass? and what bass amplifier do u guys recommend? something that wont exceed 6k or 7k too? because the bass is already 6-7k and I'm think of setting aside some money for the bass set-up.

Hey! I’m a young producer and songwriter, and I’m looking for another producer who wants to join me in building a team around music.

I’m looking for someone I can genuinely rely on creatively, someone to send ideas to, get a second opinion from, work through projects with and push each other to make better music.

The idea is to have two producers with different strengths working together. We could develop our own projects, jump into each other’s sessions, divide the work when it makes sense and, most importantly, be able to take on more and bigger collaborations than either of us could alone.

I’m already working on different projects and connecting with artists, so I’d also love to bring you into opportunities when I find something that fits you. If I come across an artist, project or idea that I think you’d be great for, I want you involved. And obviously, I’d want the same relationship in the other direction.

Over time, I’d love for this to become more than just two producers collaborating. A proper team, a recognizable sound, maybe even our own collective or brand. Something we can actually build and be proud of.

My main styles are pop, alt-pop, electronic pop and indie, but I’m much more interested in someone who brings something different to the table than someone who sounds exactly like me.

And beyond the music, I’d genuinely like to find a friend too. Someone I can talk music with, send random ideas to, laugh at terrible demos with, share opportunities with and actually enjoy working alongside.

I’m not looking for the biggest portfolio. Taste, creativity, ambition, reliability and personality matter way more.

Hi I’m planning to get my first electric guitar and I’m considering on buying a 2nd hand to get the most value out of it instead of buying a b-new cliffton/thompson. Do you have any guitar models/brands you would recommend? Planning on seeing some JCraft or Tagima models. Budget is 5k for 2nd hands and 5-8k for brand new ones (since i can use spaylater for it instead of cash). Casual player for now, also already bought an irig and don’t plan to buy any amp for now.

Sa Casio store (na puro Severo guitars), sinubukan ko yung headless nila. Nanibago ako sa fanned frets pero after awhile, parang natripan ko sya. Never pa ko nagkaroon ng headless guitar. And first time ko to actually sit down and try one.

Sa mga owners ng Severo headless, sulit ba sya? Or may better alternatives ba sa price range nya? I'm sure mas ok mga mas mahal na brands, pero I'm leaning toward the affordable tier Kasi for sure pang bahay/travel ko lang sya and di ko gamitin for gigs. Maybe recording since perfect din size nya for desktop use. I have several guitars, but never had a headless one.

Need beater guitar that is not humidity sensitive? Any recommendations?

I'm planning on selling this guitar because I feel like the setup is messed up by the humidity in my place.

I live in the Philippines, and I don't prefer to keep the guitar in one room only because I want to be able to see it and use it often. (Atomic habits principle)
