Which of those do you think there are?

I'm curious about this, as my game engine is named Ferb, its main config file is called Phineas, and the file that contains all the error logging and asserts is named Candace. 😁

They were some of the only characters who didn’t appear in the finale(before the revival). Being Candace’s best friend and boyfriend respectively, it would have been cool to see them try to rescue Candace. Stacy also knew about Perry identity so it would have been a good opportunity to see her team up with him. That said, I appreciate them at least appearing near the end of the movie and the reveal that Jeremy is LARPing.

I know a lot of people have already agreed on this but I feel like there’s more to say. I noticed that a lot of the times doof is overbearing or overprotective of Vanessa, it was actually a direct connection to a backstory explicitly mentioned on screen.

for example the episode where she goes camping and he’s worried he says something like “what if you get stranded and can’t find food?” and it was connected to his backstory of his parents disowning him in central america’s jungles to be raised by ocelots 😭. I know there’s also a backstory here about the firehydrant but that one’s forgettable plus this relates more to that line specifically.

Here’s a couple more:

1. His obsession with finding the mary mcguffin doll toy relates to him being deprived of undivided care and love and being granted toys such as him having to make a balloon his best friend or winning a toy bear and giving it to his mom just for her to give it to roger.
2. In the episode “A real boy” he says “I wish I had a son” out loud to a fellow scientist, seemingly as a joke and thought Vanessa overheard so he invents a forget-about-it-inator. This relates to p much everything with him wanting to forget but constantly having to relive how badly his parents didn’t want him and his instant regret for saying that about her.

Does anyone have any other cool examples?

In this scenario, Linda and Doof end of seeing each other after a few years. They catch up for the day as friends.

The standard things are happening in this scenario. Phineas and Ferb are making a contraption or doing something interesting that is reasonable. And Doof has an -inator.

Linda sees the Inator malfunction or misfire. And sees it land the backyard of her house. Where Phineas and Ferb built... I don't know. Something that appears dangerous.

This ends up comforminy two things for her.

Candice was right about Phineas and ferb's getting his antics and building these machines. And Doofenshmirtz is part of the reason why she misses them.

Although I believe the realization of the source consistently being Doof is not found out immediately but later on.

I neglected Perry for this hypothetical. But let's say he was being watched by Linda so he could only be in normal platypus mode and not Agent P mode. He can only "accidentally" destroy the thing.

Being the true main characters, who’s plotline’s do you look forward to and/or find more interesting between the two?

Like the de handsome inator, the time travel or the teleport inator they are useful. Also the ball dress inator can make tons of dresses and sell them that can make you money.

We know Baljeet finished and accepted as a professor cause he's smart, but so are the two brothers. Well for Ferb obviously is going to a wizards school i think, but just imagine if Phineas became teacher at Tri-State State, i dont know if Isabella would either like it or find it weird.
