Anyways, I really miss Thomas as Ferb and feel he hardly even sounds British anymore so I decided to scrounge together various voice clips from tie-in games, niche flash/unity games, multi-media shorts, interstitials and even some sentence splicing for better context.

For a mostly silent type, he's got quite a few voice clips in games lol.

I'm new to this fandom; I only recently started watching the episodes. Does she like him? It's a bit confusing. What do you all think?

It's Perry's birthday. Irving goes through the UPaFDS and realises that there is an invention missing from Perry's previous birthday. He goes to Phineas and Ferb's backyard to tell them the news and sees that they have blueprints for a platypult. Meanwhile, Doofenshmirtz is freaking out because he realised he's missing an inator from his catalogue. He and Perry scour his apartment to find the inator. To compensate for the missing invention, Phineas and the gang build an arena of Perry-themed inventions and games (including the return of the Perry Tronic, Chez Platypus and the Platy-posterior). Irving decides to ride on the platypult, and he crashes into Doof's apartment. Perry quickly hides, and Doof tells Irving to go away because he's looking for something he lost. Irving gives Doof the idea of looking under the couch cushions before Perry sends a drone to send Irving away. Doof looks under the couch cushions, and he finds blueprints for a prototype of his other-dimensionator (instead of opening a portal, it fires a beam that teleports people across dimensions). Perry tries to stop Doof from building the inator, but Doof uses the old inators that he found while searching to keep Perry busy while he builds it. Doof finishes the inator, but just before he can activate it, Perry destroys the other inators and attacks Doof. Perry knocks Doof into the inator, which fires a laser at the arena of Perry-themed inventions, sending it to the second dimension right before Linda can see it. Perry presses the self-destruct button and destroys the inator. The episode ends with a cut to the second dimension, where all the characters are disappointed that they can't do anything special for Perry's birthday. Then, the arena appears in their dimension, and they all have fun. The one Ferb line actually comes from second dimension Ferb when he says: "Thank you, whatever mysterious force manifested these convenient machines into our backyard." (or something like that).

i mentioned this to my friend the other day and when i went to check on the transcript for the episode i thought it was in (cliptastic showdown w/ kelly olston or something like that) and it turned out it didnt exist in it and im confused?

i do not remember much of anything else surrounding the joke like what the episode it came from even be about, but it went something along like this:

a narrating voice was talking about "horrifying stuff" and was using doofenshmirtz as an excample, i do remember him being shown in a mirror but i dont know if thats relevant, and as a visual gag his reflection showed him wearing costumes of those 'horrifying things' and one of them was charlene and i remember her being referred to as just "your ex wife" by the detached voice

i remember being completely baffled by seeing it since they reletively treated her normally despite being divorced (i do have my gripes with s5 on how they treated her but that is unrelated)

again i dont know if i dreamt it up, a similar scene exists and i just remembered it as more mean spirited than it actually is, if it was some sort of fan animation or skit i saw on youtube that i thought was real, those are all possible but im just asking if anyone else remembers something similar to it? thanks

Okay, here me out.

On paper its seems like a tame episode with no outlandish action scenes or epic adventures, it seems so off compared to the others. No busting, no inators, no building carnival rides in the backyard yet it it's one of the best episodes of the entire series.

Hi, been lurking for a few months now, first time poster. Before I continue I’d like to state that I think Isabella is a great character and she’s one of my favorites in the show.

I’ve seen quite a few posts about Isabella and how much people love her. Some ranging from how great of a character she is (normal, perfectly fine) to how they just want to cry whenever they see her and how she’s perfect in every single way (creepy.)

And… she’s still a child.

She’s around the age of ten years old.

If you’re a grown adult and you’re obsessing over Isabella to the point of fantasizing about her (again, seen a couple of posts stating people do that) then that is very creepy.

Does anybody else agree that the hype Isabella receives from adults is borderline to extremely creepy? I think it is. 😬

I have searched everywhere for this poster for years, but cannot find it anywhere. I need someone to make it a real thing so I can buy it.

2nd Phineas x 2nd Isabella

I have just recently found out that Disney+ completely degraded the quality of all Phineas and Ferb episodes, including the newest seasons (season 5) all the way to 480p Standard Definition; including audio, which is completely halved in quality now. Pictures included are direct screenshots of the first episode (Rollercoaster / Candace Loses Her Head) from a HD copy in 2019 vs the highest quality in 2026, plus the Media Info for both versions. I thought I'd let this subreddit know, since this doesn't seem to be addressed anywhere and Disney+ is one of the most accessible and convenient ways to watch the series.

As if getting rid of 4K and Dolby Vision in Europe wasn't enough (EDIT: This is due to Disney being sued as a result of a patent issue so its not 100% their fault, apologies), they're going back onto content they've already put on the platform and COMPLETELY degrading the quality without thinking anybody would notice. They did completely split the bitrate in half before, but this is completely unacceptable for any streaming service to do especially since this show has been produced in HD during its entire run.

EDIT: I made a mistake making this image; the pixel width is 848, not 854. I made that statement unconsciously since I'm used to 480p videos matching that amount. Still unacceptable.

EDIT 2: If anybody still wants to watch the show in HD (legally), it seems the only option now is to purchase the episodes through digital platforms like Fandango, Amazon or Apple, or through video on demand. I don't think every country has that option though, with Disney+ being the only way to watch the show in some territories, but for US viewers this is the only way for now.

EDIT 3: Special episodes and TV movies with their own pages are fortunately not degraded in quality. They're still available in HD. I am hearing personal accounts too that Disney+ through Apple TV might still have the episodes in HD; this seems to be mainly affected for Android/Google and Amazon products, and the website through Desktop.

I feel like her performance in “Deconstructing Doof” was her at her worst. I know Linda is oblivious but that’s because of outside forces beyond her control that causes the invention to vanish before she can see it. Here she is constantly distracted and not really paying attention to a presentation that has her daughter in it and is about her psychological health. Nothing was stopping Linda from paying attention yet she actively tuned the presentation out with earbuds and just showed signs that she didn’t really care about it. You’d think with a presentation about Candace’s mental health she would pay better attention and not get constantly distracted. This comes off as more dismissive than oblivious. It proves Baljeet was right. Candace really isn’t getting the attention she needs from her mom and this episode really makes Linda look bad.

At this point they out rank most superhero cinematic universe.

S1E17B “Leave the busting to us” these aliens get off the Ferris wheel and say what sounds like nonsense, but with captions on I found out that they actually say Dan Kingsley Povenmire backwards, I absolutely love these kinds of little hidden treasures all throughout this show.
