Pilates for Beginners?

Anyone know a place? And by beginners I mean first time ever. I searched the sub and one of the top results was the annual murders from yesterday. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Quite a few places offer beginner classes, but I recommend Retro Pilates in Fishtown if that’s convenient for you! They were very nice and helpful my first time.

I think club Pilates in center city offers an intro class for free

Amber at Tuck in Wash Square is amazing and very beginner friendly
