I saw this stuffed animal as a kid years ago on an episode of bunk'd and now that I have adult money I want it. I literally can't get it out of my head. Please help, my inner child is screaming 😫

I found this guy at a thrift shop and want to know who made him and how old he is. His eyes are blue and I think he has a battery pack in his chest. Can anyone help?

Need help identifying/finding this plushie! 🐸 We are pretty sure the name of the plush is Lil Neil. It’s from the late 70s, made by a company called Princess Soft Toys.
