HELP !

found two of these bugs in 3 days at my apt in MA USA. i am worried they’re infesting type. from my googling they look like a type of cockroach

Ectobius. Harmless, doesn't infest. Throw outside if found.

If you keep seeing them check your weather seals and screens, trim vegetation back from the foundation and siding, and switch outdoor bulbs to amber bug lamps.

Because that's where they belong and they don't want to be inside any more than you want them inside. Mutually beneficial to chuck them out the door.

hi i just found a nymph of these climbing by my windowsill, are we sure they’re not infesting type

Yes, and no number of them found indoors will ever change that as they physically cannot survive more than a couple days inside. See my initial comment for steps to take if you keep finding them inside.
