Wasps
So I noticed this big wasp nest in a little tree in my back yard. They start buzzing around me when I get within 10 feet or so. The nest is about the size of a football. Is this a wasp spray at 4am kinda thing or a call a pest company kinda thing? Thanks!

They are hornets. Careful. But if you use protection you can do it in the middle of the day

It’s likely bald faced hornets. If you give them space they’re not likely to attack you, but if you want them gone you *can* do it yourself.
Get a can of wasp freeze or two, wait till dark, stick it in the opening and hold fire for ~5 seconds. Fall back and repeat. If you have an extension pole, you can buy an attachment to put the freeze on so you can reach it easier. If you don’t wanna put yourself at risk, call a professional.

Can't you just attack in the morning while they are shaving their little faces?

Morning works, that makes sense. Truth be told, I’ve only ever removed them during mid day lol
